​Day Porter/Rebounder


Responsible for rebounding general night crew oversights, cleaning and stocking supplies in all public areas inside and outside of assigned building, including restrooms as needed. Respond to building’s needs in a timely and effective manner. Cleans any secured areas which cannot be cleaned at night. Prioritizes special detail cleaning and dusting.

Must follow instructions, both single and multiple. Must demonstrate proper safety procedures, respect for equipment client personnel and patrons. Must be capable of moderately independent work. Must be able and willing to perform the essential functions.

Essential Functions

  • Respond to pages & building requests as instructed.
  • Monitor lobby, corridors, elevators and stairwells for cleanliness.
  • Empty trash containers, recyclables & exterior cigarette dispensers, then transport to designated areas.
  • Remove debris from floor.
  • Cleans and disinfects restroom walls, doors, partitions, lavatories, mirrors, and other fixtures.
  • Fill paper towel, toilet paper and soap dispensers as needed.
  • Clean any spills as needed.
  • Set out rain mats on rainy days; keep in clean condition.
  • Clean fingerprints/marks from glass doors/mirrors.
  • Daily special detail such as high/low dusting, polishing metal and wood.
  • General cleaning such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping.
  • Cleans & disinfects offices, hallways, entries/exits, lounges, classrooms and other work areas.
  • Maintain & keep clean equipment & work/storage areas.
  • Helps assure security of area.
  • Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Must be willing & able to work in damp, dusty & soiled areas & clean up human waste & other body fluids as necessary.
  • Must be able to function as a primary contact for client and tenants in building, using high level of professionalism &

​Lead Floor Technician


Lead Floor Tech is a key contributor to maintaining the smooth and efficient operation at our clients facilities by performing and overseeing floor care operations and communicating effectively with other managers & supervisors at their assigned facilities. Performs & assigns floor tech responsibilities such as mopping, vacuuming, buffing, waxing, sealing, shampooing/extracting of carpet and a variety of hard surface floor types as needed. Responsible for multiple areas and facilities.

  • 5 years of recent verifiable floor care experience. 2 years management experience.
  • Physically able to be on your feet during and entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching pulling, pushing, kneeling, & crouching.
  • Must be willing & able to work in damp, dusty & soiled areas & clean up human waste & other body fluids as necessary.
  • Must have a high level of professionalism, team building, communication & delegation skills.
  • Must have ability to work with little to no supervision & be able to independently determine task to complete on a daily basis.
  • Extensive knowledge of all floor types including stone & specialty flooring and chemicals.
  • Knowledge of carpet care and chemicals.

  • Basic CPU skill is a plus.

Floor Tech

​This position reports to Lead Floor Tech. Requires knowledge of general and floor maintenance chemicals and supplies. . Floor Technicians are generally responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction) of areas that include offices, class rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas. Other required duties may be assigned by the supervisor such as general maintenance and special detail crew responsibilities.

Must follow instructions, both single and multiple. Must demonstrate proper safety procedures, respect for equipment client personnel and patrons. Must be capable of moderately independent work. Must be able and willing to perform the essential functions.

Assistant Site Manager

The Assistant Site Manager reports to the Site Manager and Office Support. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for providing direct support to the Site Manager in order for staff to operate in a safe & professional manner. The Assistant Site Manager will also performs janitorial duties and supervises general maintenance staff & floor tech crew assigned to clean the interior of assigned facilities and surrounding areas. Inspect work, and take & investigate in professional manner complaints regarding the assigned facility. Take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend staffing needs. Responsible for assisting in shift coverage and the building is properly shut down 100% of the time.

Duties and hours may vary depending upon the size of the building and the num-ber of teammates we have assigned to that site. . Addi-tional training may be mandatory by supervisors or upon request by staff.

Floor Technicians are generally responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet ( stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction bonneting) of areas that include offices, class rooms, corri-dors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas such as cafeterias. Other required duties may be assigned by the supervisor such as general maintenance and special detail crew responsibilities.

Must follow instructions, both single and multiple. Must demonstrate proper safety procedures, respect for equipment client personnel and patrons. Must be capable of moderately independent work. Must be able and willing to perform the essential functions.

This position reports to Operations Manager. Coordinates and oversees the activities of the staff in a group of buildings or assigned site. Requires knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals and floor maintenance equipment and chemi-cals. Supervise work activities of personnel in commercial establishments. Interview, train and evaluate and recommend dismissal of personnel. Plans staffing and time schedules. Enforce rules, initiates appropriate discipline and resolve employ-ee grievances. Take periodic inventories, prepare forms and records, responds to emergencies, inquiries, and complaints from the facility . Responsible for shift coverage and the building is properly shut down 100% of the time. If unable to be on property you need to call some make arrangements to assure this gets done.

Closing Supervisor

This position reports to the assistant Site Manager on duty. Requires knowledge of general cleaning and floor tech equipment chemicals and supplies. Be responsible for your own work assignment and inspect work of other person-nel that you have been assigned to. Communicate any deficiencies and report them to the on assistant Site Man-ager. Train new employees, and/or any Manager request. Note: This is not a full list of duties and responsibilities.
